One desk position: a laptop or desktop, its monitors, keyboard, mouse, desk phone, and dock. Conference rooms and reception stations are counted by their equipment, and we confirm the full count with you before you reserve a date.
We're new in Baltimore, and the first four offices are helping us document the standard. You get the full service at up to $250 off the standard rate. We get honest feedback and approved proof of the work.
Every Detail Day includes light alignment of visible cables when it can be completed safely without disconnecting equipment. Complete cable management—including detangling, labeling, color coding, routing, trays, sleeves, and approved disconnection—is available as a separately quoted add-on starting at $35 per workstation plus materials, with a $350 project minimum.
Ask them — you may find they wipe some surfaces. Our entire service is built around the workstation: device-specific products, a manufacturer-aligned protocol, cloth control, privacy, and a documented result at every desk. No supply-closet spray. No mystery wipes. No guesswork.
Very little. Most workstations take approximately 10–12 minutes, and we coordinate the office by zone. Larger teams can schedule a quiet afternoon, before opening, or another low-traffic window.
We never request access. Devices are shut down whenever possible or locked under an agreed protocol. We never ask for a password, open a file, or photograph a screen.
We don't promise extended lifespan for equipment. However, proper device care is highly recommended by manufacturers. It preserves functionality and prevents damage from external wear and tear that often causes accelerated replacement timelines.
